Most Improved

I thought you’d appreciate knowing that Kim received a “Most Improved Award” from her school this year. She has come a long way with her behavior, and people are noticing! Your patience and perseverance with my daughter has made a world of difference in her life and in ours.  

We also notice a big difference in Logan at home. He is less argumentative and tends to have a slightly longer fuse before he gets angry.

Thank you for everything! We feel very blessed to be part of AKA.

 

Releived Mom

I wish I could explain to you what an INCREDIBLE change we have seen in our daughter since coming to A.K.A.  She is happy again, laughing, joking, enjoying being around people, and her self confidence and sense of self worth have sky rocketed!   She so looks forward to classes every week, and talks non stop about how much she loves you and Mr. Green.  I can't thank you enough for what you and your husband have provided for our daughter.  You are an answer to prayer, believe me!  I lost many a night of sleep worrying about her and wondering what we could do to help her.  Thank you for being that answer!

One -On -One Time

It is neat to watch Mr. Green sparring and instructing individual students.  He is very respecful and skillfully tuned into each one of them.

Thanks to Mrs. Green for her very genuine caring and enthusiastic interest in each child when she works with them individually.

Good Role Models

I have observed nearly every class my 9 year old grandson has attended in his 3 1/2 years at A.K.A. I am always impressed by the encouragement, recognition and respect given to each student. They are able to inspire students to try their hardest and to be their best. Good role models seem to be in short supply for our young people today, but they can be found in abundance at A.K.A.
